About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing fintech operating in the lending space, with a strong business foundation and an ambitious growth agenda. As the company continues to scale, it is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic priorities, business performance, and key organisational initiatives.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, business operations, and execution. The individual will partner with the leadership team to translate business priorities into actionable plans, drive cross-functional initiatives, and help build the organisational capabilities required for the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the Founder/CEO to define strategic priorities, translate them into execution plans, and track progress against key business objectives.
- Business Performance & Analytics: Monitor business performance, develop management dashboards, analyse key metrics, and generate insights to support business decisions.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Drive critical initiatives across business, product, technology, risk, credit, collections, finance, and operations, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Business Problem Solving: Identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and areas for improvement; develop structured recommendations and drive implementation.
- Leadership & Governance: Support leadership reviews, prepare business updates and presentations, and establish mechanisms to improve accountability and decision-making across teams.
- Current Initiatives & Growth:



Evaluate and drive strategic projects, new business opportunities, and initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's market position and operating model.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with senior internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution of key priorities.

Ideal Candidate

- 6–10 years of experience across management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, CEO's office, or strategic roles within high-growth businesses.
- Experience in fintech, lending, banking, NBFCs, or financial services would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and drive execution across diverse teams.
- Commercially oriented, with an understanding of business metrics, unit economics, and growth levers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
