Job Overview

We are looking for a strong, commanding and result-oriented CEO with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry to lead the overall business, operations, projects and growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership presence, decision-making ability and commercial understanding, with the capability to independently drive the organization toward its strategic and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall business and day-to-day operations.

Develop and execute the company's business strategy, vision and growth plans.

Take complete ownership of construction projects, operations, finance and business performance.

Drive revenue growth, profitability and cost optimization.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and overall execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, vendors and business partners.

Lead negotiations for major contracts, projects and commercial agreements.

Identify new business opportunities, projects and market expansion.

Establish strong systems,



processes and accountability across departments.

Manage and mentor senior management and operational teams.

Review MIS, financial performance, project profitability and KPIs regularly.

Ensure compliance with applicable legal, statutory, safety and regulatory requirements.

Resolve critical operational and commercial issues with quick and effective decision-making.

Represent the company in meetings with clients, government authorities, investors and industry stakeholders.
