- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, company policies, and industry standards in the AMC sector.
- Develop and implement effective audit compliance processes to identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of compliance across all business units.
- Conduct regular reviews of audit reports, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for remediation.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in audit compliance or related field (AMC).
- Solid understanding of SEBI regulations and their application in the AMC sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective audit compliance programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
