Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and non-voice channels in a timely and effective manner.

- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software to ensure seamless data tracking.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues related to products or services.

Job Requirements :

- 0-4 years of experience in a similar role (customer service/call center).

- Proficiency in blended process, chat process, email, and non-voice communication skills.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
