Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in the Greater Lucknow Area.

The Chartered

Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing bookkeeping and accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. Daily tasks include handling statutory and tax audits, filing tax returns, preparing working papers, and supporting clients with financial planning and advisory. The role also involves coordinating with clients, responding to queries, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements and internal controls within the firm.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute,



with valid membership in the relevant professional body.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and related rules).
- Experience in audit and assurance, including statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Proficiency in direct and indirect taxation, including tax planning, return filing, and handling assessments or notices.
- Comfort with accounting and tax software (such as Tally, ERP systems, and tax filing platforms), as well as strong MS Excel and general computer skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, interpret results, and provide clear recommendations to clients and management.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Prior experience in a CA firm or professional services environment is preferred; familiarity with the Greater Lucknow market is an advantage.
