Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, accounts finalisation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, direct and indirect taxation, and financial management, with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger activities.
- Handle accounts finalisation, preparation of financial statements, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable direct and indirect taxation requirements.
- Manage GST returns, TDS, income tax filings, and related statutory compliances.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.
- Ensure timely completion of financial reporting and compliance deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Experience




- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Expertise in direct and indirect taxation, including GST and TDS.
- Experience in accounts finalisation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Positive understanding of accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate organisations and hands-on expertise in taxation, accounts finalisation, Tally ERP, and financial reporting will be preferred.
