Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day accounting, including purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure monthly account closure, bank and ledger reconciliations, salary reviewal and preparation of financial statements for both units.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports covering profitability, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding receivables/payables.
- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, as applicable), GST reconciliations, ITC verification, TDS, income tax, and advance tax compliance.
- Draft replies to GST and Income Tax departmental notices and coordinate follow-up until resolution.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with accounts, purchase, sales, stores, and production teams; maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.
- Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and financial decision-making.

- Maintain audit-ready books, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documents.
- Monitor statutory deadlines, coordinate with auditors and consultants, and ensure timely compliance and closure of audit observations.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified CA with 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or foundry.
- Solid practical knowledge of accounting, GST, income tax, TDS, audits, departmental notices, and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage the financial and compliance activities of both units.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
