Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the market.

- Conduct regular field work, visiting clients and prospects to identify recent business opportunities and build relationships.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in insurance sales or related field.

- Strong understanding of general insurance products and services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks.
