Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Indore, India.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage and oversee the company’s financial accounting, including preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. The role will involve ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, handling direct and indirect taxation matters, coordinating audits, and maintaining accurate records for regulatory filings. The individual will support budgeting and forecasting, monitor cost and margin trends,



and provide financial analysis to management for decision-making.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include working closely with operations and export teams on invoicing, documentation, and financial risk management, while helping to strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

Qualifications

- Professional accounting and compliance skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, solid knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS, Companies Act, and tax regulations.
- Financial reporting and analysis skills: Experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Audit, control, and risk management skills: Background in statutory and internal audits, internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Taxation and regulatory skills: Practical experience in direct and indirect taxation (including GST, TDS), tax planning, and timely filing of returns and other statutory documents.
- Systems and process skills: Proficiency with accounting/ERP software, advanced MS Excel skills, and ability to streamline finance processes.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, exports), and sound stakeholder management.
- Experience and industry knowledge: Prior experience in manufacturing, agro commodities, exports, or related sectors preferred; understanding of costing
