Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: No bar for the right candidate
Eligibility: Master's degree in any stream; Ph.D./B.Ed. preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in educational leadership, school management, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall academic, administrative, and operational functioning of 3 school branches.
- Supervise Principals and monitor academic excellence and staff performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Drive admissions, institutional growth, and strategic planning.
- Review branch-wise performance and implement management policies.
