Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; experience in skill development, vocational training, or training center management is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in center operations, team management, or community mobilization.
- Strong knowledge of Gummidipoondi and the surrounding local areas is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Enrollment Target: Take ownership of achieving the target of 400 student enrollments by February.
- Community Mobilization: Leverage knowledge of local communities, villages, schools, and surrounding areas to support student outreach and enrollment.
- Mobilization Team Coordination: Work closely with the dedicated mobilization team, monitor its performance, and ensure enrollment targets are achieved within the stipulated timeline.
- Training Management: Oversee training activities related to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) and ensure effective training delivery.
- Placement Management: Take responsibility for achieving placement targets, developing employer connections, and facilitating job opportunities for trained students.
- Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor trainers and mobilization team members to ensure smooth center operations.
- Center Operations: Manage daily activities, student attendance,



batch schedules, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Target Monitoring: Track enrollment, training, and placement progress and take corrective measures to achieve project objectives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with local communities, employers, and other project stakeholders.

- Ability to handle work pressure and achieve challenging targets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and reporting.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
