Ten 11 Hospitality is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team at our Vadodara Lounge. We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional with strong kitchen operations knowledge, a passion for food quality, and the ability to maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize food wastage, and ensure proper inventory management.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during operational hours.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced lounge or hospitality environment.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: Relevant experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
