About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented Category Incharge to manage category operations, drive sales, maintain inventory, ensure product availability, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned category and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive category-wise sales, revenue, and target achievement.
- Monitor category performance, sales trends, and key retail KPIs.
- Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Control stock ageing, damages, shrinkage, and near-expiry products wherever applicable.
- Ensure effective execution of offers, promotions, and company schemes.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and category presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate and supervise staff, allocate duties, and monitor performance.




- Analyse slow-moving and fast-moving products and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Store Operations, and other departments.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and category performance reports.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail, FMCG, apparel, or department store operations.
- Valuable understanding of category-wise sales and inventory management.
- Ability to lead staff, manage daily operations, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on sales growth, stock availability, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
