We are looking for a skilled CAD Design Engineer to support automotive product design and development. The ideal candidate should have experience in 2D/3D CAD modelling, PDM/PLM systems, and GD&T;, with exposure to automotive components and manufacturing processes.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD design, modelling, and drafting.
- Working knowledge of PDM/PLM systems for product data and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience in automotive design, preferably involving sheet metal, plastic components, piping, and cabling.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to support product development and design validation.
