Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth for our architectural and interior design services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and property developers.
- Promote the company's architectural and interior design services.
- Arrange client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain client databases and track sales activities.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.




- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure effective client communication.

Requirements
