Role & Responsibilities:

- Overall, in-charge of Operations and Management.

- Responsible for cresting & implementing policies along with HR Head.

- Ensuring the policies, processes, systems, and reports are followed and executed by respective teams.

- Supervising & ensuring Targets and Tasks are achieved by the teams.

- Supervising, evaluating & creating various reports & presentations.

- Conducting periodic performance evaluations.

- Identifying operational issues, trouble shooting, resolving bottlenecks and making timely escalations.

- Deep understanding of the operations & performance metrics is a must.

- Strategies and implement with legal, financial advisors, accountants, and managers on different projects/assignments taken up.

- Attending various board meetings and/or shareholders meetings.

Personal Attributes:





- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the education sector, preferably within the music education industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

- Strong understanding of the music education landscape in India, including market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Valuable knowledge of generating MIS reports & presentations

- Strong analytical & reporting skills

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
