Role & responsibilities

- Develop business strategies and identify growth opportunities in the wire and cable segment.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.

- Identify and evaluate M&A;, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

- Perform financial modeling, business valuation, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis.

- Explore diversification opportunities in electrical equipment, renewable energy, EV, and infrastructure sectors.

- Drive strategic planning, performance tracking, and management presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-9 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, M&A;, Management Consulting, Transaction Advisory, or Business Development.

- Solid financial modeling, analytical, and commercial skills.

- Exposure to manufacturing, electrical, industrial, or energy sectors preferred.

- Engineering degree with an MBA preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
