About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients and property owners, build professional relationships, and support the growth of the company's real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients, property owners, and business partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's property services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert enquiries into business opportunities.




- Coordinate with Residential and Commercial teams to fulfil client requirements.
- Support property onboarding, client acquisition, and business expansion.
- Maintain client information, follow-up records, and business updates in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving business development targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Good client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Interest in real estate sales and business development.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
