Business Development Executive
Experience Required
1.5 – 2 years in sales/business development (agency experience preferred)
Salary
₹15,000 + Incentives(10% per closing)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls & outbound outreach
- Identify potential clients and set up meetings
- Understand client needs and pitch our services (ads, branding, social media, growth)
- Maintain robust client relationships
- Work closely with the team to close deals and achieve targets
Requirements
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven experience in lead generation & sales
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
