About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Telesales) to generate new business leads through outbound calling. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing our services, understanding their needs, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Star Publicity's services

- Generate and qualify leads
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant advertising and publicity solutions
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline




- Schedule meetings or calls for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
- Share market and client feedback with the team

Requirements• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or business development
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling rejection
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, email)
- Target-driven with good follow-up discipline

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with a background in advertising, media, events, IT, or digital media will have an advantage, as they already understand how these industries work and what clients look for.
