About INK PPT

INK PPT is a presentation design agency founded by Microsoft MVPs. For over a decade, we have helped enterprise teams turn complex ideas into clear, brand-aligned presentations. We work with 500+ global clients, including Google, Deloitte, Diageo, Salesforce, and JSW MG Motor.

Our core is presentation design for product launches, investor pitches, events, and sales and leadership teams. We also offer motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and explainer videos.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients across global markets. You’ll find and engage leads, understand their presentation needs, and move them into our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients across target industries and global markets
- Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, mainly in UK working hours
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls and demos
- Understand client requirements and pass clear briefs to the design team




- Follow up on proposals and help close deals
- Keep lead and pipeline data updated in the CRM
- Hit monthly targets for leads generated and meetings booked

Requirements

- Native-level proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers welcome; no prior sales experience needed
- Confident, persuasive communicator with a strong follow-up habit
- Comfortable with research, email, and LinkedIn
- Willing to work the 3 PM to 12 AM IST shift from our Gurgaon office

Bonus

- Degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing work
- Interest in design, branding, or presentations
