We are looking for Business Development / Client Referral Partners — well-connected professionals who can introduce Akvelon to companies that need software development, AI or IT outsourcing services.
How it works
1. You spot a company that could benefit from Akvelon's engineering services
2. You make a warm introduction to a decision-maker (CTO, VP Engineering, CIO, Head of Product, Founder)
3. Our sales team takes it from there — or you keep driving the prospect and earn more. Your choice.
Your compensation
- $500 for every qualified prospective client meeting
- $10,000 when the client signs a Master Services Agreement and a work order
- Additional commission if you actively manage the client engagement
- No cap on earnings, no quotas, no fixed hours
Who we're looking for
- Strong professional network among tech decision-makers in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East or global companies with India centers (GCCs)
- Background in IT sales, business development, account management, pre-sales, consulting, delivery management or technology leadership
- Experience with IT services / software outsourcing / digital transformation deals is a big plus
- Trusted relationships — you can open doors with a warm intro, not a cold email
- Entrepreneurs, freelancers, consultants, advisors and ex-founders are very welcome
