Developing sales plans for target accounts within specified industries. Currently we deal with a range of products/services which will be included in this profile.

- Generating leads from different channels like Linked-in, Company websites and other searches.

- Demonstrating solution capabilities to key stakeholders in the specified account.

- Establishing working relationships with decision makers and influencers in the target accounts.

- Establishing and nurturing prospects for a lasting partnership.

- Maintaining close coordination between the client, the back-end team, and the management team.

- Providing responses to clients with their proposals, queries and information requests.

- Collaborate with the top team members of HRD, to clearly understand various requirements.

- When dealing with any larger organization, conduct pilot runs being a single point of contact for all requirements shared.

- Working with a back-end recruiters team to make them understand the exact requirement, JD etc.,



for a timely submission of CVs, quality of CVs, necessary followup calls on the day of interview to ensure the presence of our contenders and anything that is necessary to make an interview program successful.

- Collaborating with the digital marketing team to prepare marketing materials, publishing content on the social media platforms.

- Handling enterprise accounts and maintaining long lasting relationships with all the stakeholders.

- Collaborating with the invoicing department to ensure that invoices are generated and submitted to the clients in a timely manner.

- Ensure the invoices are paid by the clients on dates.

- Overall responsible for existing clients accounts and the recent ones.

- When required making visits to clients

- Will attend the review meeting at Rajkot Headoffice as required.
