Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and expansion in target markets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Development of customer plans including all trade related activities.
- Implement strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotions results.
- Sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account-specific strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners to drive mutual value and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate, liaise,



and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and competitive activity, and develop strategies to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on business development initiatives, market trends, and performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile Graduation, MBA from a premier institute preferred.

10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the beverage industry.
