About the Role





We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)/Team Lead to drive new business opportunities across CMS migration, website modernization, digital experience, and enterprise web development.

- The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of experience in B2B technology sales/business development, with a strong understanding of enterprise prospecting, account research, outbound campaigns, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Experience selling or prospecting around CMS migration, WordPress, enterprise WordPress, web development, digital transformation, or SaaS solutions will be highly valuable.
- Experience with WordPress VIP is a strong plus.
- This role will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, creating qualified sales opportunities, and building a consistent pipeline for the sales team.
