We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in non-IT contract staffing sales and new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new corporate clients and generate staffing business.
- Drive end-to-end sales, negotiations and closures.
- Secure contract staffing mandates across blue, grey and white-collar roles.
- Own revenue, billing and business growth targets.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years in staffing business development.
- Contract staffing sales experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Robust understanding of staffing commercials and margins.
