Cygnus Voyages Private Limited is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Corporate Travel team in the Pune region.

We are building an AI-native Corporate Travel Operating System that helps businesses manage travel, bookings, approvals, expenses, and travel intelligence in one connected ecosystem.

Role: Business Development Manager

? Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales / Business Development

Industry: Corporate Travel / Travel Management / B2B Services

Employment: Full-time

What you’ll do

- Identify and develop new B2B corporate accounts across Pune.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Understand client travel requirements and present suitable corporate travel solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Work closely with the operations and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Corporate Travel, TMC, Travel, Hospitality, or B2B services will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable meeting corporate clients and travelling within the region when required.
- Strong understanding of the Pune corporate market is a plus.
