Business Development Manager - Brand Partnerships

About the Role

Creators Yug™ is looking for an experienced Brand Partnership Manager to drive brand acquisition and business growth through influencer marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new brands and clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels
- Pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and decision-makers
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations and client onboarding
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing Sales / Brand Partnerships / Brand Acquisition
- Prior experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency is preferred
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Robust pitching,



negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and brand campaigns
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in handling brands/clients independently
- Immediate joiners preferred

Important: This position is for experienced candidates only. Freshers and candidates without relevant Influencer Marketing sales/brand partnership experience are not eligible. Location: Saket, New Delhi

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 1–3 years

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
