Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, networking, references, and other channels.

- Research potential clients and identify relevant IT, AI, and technology business opportunities.

- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.

- Handle regular follow-ups and maintain robust relationships with prospects and existing clients.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and other business documents.

- Maintain lead/prospect data, follow-up records, and sales pipeline.

- Coordinate meetings, discussions, and demos with potential clients.

- Support negotiations and assist in converting qualified leads into business.

- Manage and coordinate GTS's LinkedIn and other social media handles to support brand visibility and lead generation.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.





What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; 1–4 years of experience in BDM, business development, sales, inside sales, or a similar role.

- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable with professional emails, LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic business documentation.

- Ability to prepare quotations/proposals and communicate with clients professionally.

- Good research and lead-generation skills.

- Basic understanding of IT/AI services or technology solutions is preferred.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
