About Adsreach Global is a digital marketing firm based in Baner, Pune. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to bring in new clients and grow revenue.
About the role You will own the full sales cycle for our digital marketing services: finding leads, pitching, preparing proposals and closing deals. You will work closely with our delivery team to set realistic scope and timelines, and you will report directly to Business Head
What you will do -
- Generate and qualify B2B leads and own your sales pipeline
- Pitch SEO, PPC, social media and website services to business owners and marketing heads
- Prepare proposals, negotiate and close new clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage client relationships and identify upsell and repeat-business opportunities
- Track pipeline and conversions in the CRM and report weekly
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling digital marketing or agency services (strongly preferred)
- A clear record of meeting sales targets, which you can talk through with numbers
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus
