Business Development Intern (Onsite) | Omrie Digital, New Delhi

Omrie Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Current Delhi. We help businesses grow through social media management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, website development, custom software, and ERP solutions. We are building a strong sales team that grows with the agency.

We are looking for an energetic, confident fresher who wants to learn how markets and businesses really work. You will go out to the market, meet business owners, and bring in new clients for our services.

This is a long-term opportunity. After a 3-month internship, performing interns move to Trainee and then to a full-time job offer.

What you will do

- Approach potential clients through market visits, cold calls, and outreach
- Pitch our services: social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, websites, custom software, and ERP
- Understand client needs and suggest the right service or package
- Handle client conversations and negotiations, and close deals
- Follow up proactively and keep lead records updated
- Coordinate with our content, design, and development teams
- Research the market, competitors, and new opportunities

Who we are looking for:
- Extrovert, confident,



and comfortable talking to new people
- Clear communication in Hindi and English, in person and on calls
- Curious about markets, businesses, and how deals happen
- Proactive, follows up without being chased, and not afraid of rejection
- Comfortable with negotiation and handling objections
- Willing to work from our office and visit the market regularly
- Wants a long-term career in sales and business growth

What we offer

- Stipend of ₹5,000 per month for the 3-month internship
- Commission of 5-10% on every project you close, as per company policy
- Clear growth path: Intern → Trainee → Full-time job offer, based on performance
- Hands-on training in sales, negotiation, and client handling
- Internship certificate and recommendation letter

Location: Govindpuri Extension, New Delhi (onsite)

Freshers are welcome. No prior sales experience needed.
