YoungMinds.app is looking for a Business Development Executive to work across school partnerships, events, customer acquisition and business development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently represent the company, build relationships and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with schools, institutions and other B2B partners
- Handle B2B and B2C sales conversations
- Conduct school visits, presentations and partnership meetings
- Plan and execute school/campus activations and events
- Follow up with leads and move qualified opportunities towards conversion
- Coordinate partnership and event-related activities from planning to execution
- Represent YoungMinds confidently in meetings, events and video presentations
- Maintain lead and partnership updates in the CRM
- Share customer and market feedback with the team

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, events or a related role
- Solid English communication and presentation skills — mandatory
- Comfortable communicating with parents, students, school management and business partners




- Confident speaking and presenting on camera
- Ability to organise and lead events or activations
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with targets and taking ownership of outcomes
- Malayalam communication skills preferred

Compensation

₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, based on experience

- Performance incentives
- Travel reimbursement

Location

Kozhikode

Full-time, on-site role with field travel as required.
