Team With Someone is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Delhi.

We’re looking for someone with experience in sales, business development, or customer handling who can connect with potential customers, manage enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Job Details

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹14,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 1–3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and connect with potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build good customer relationships and coordinate with the team.
- Contribute to business growth through effective sales and lead management.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, inside sales, or customer handling.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a sales and business development role, not a digital marketing position. Knowledge of digital marketing is not required. Candidates with experience handling online leads will be preferred.
