Job Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify prospective candidates for the company's training programs.

Contact students and job seekers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Explain program details, course fees, training structure, and placement opportunities to prospective candidates.

Counsel candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.

Follow up with interested candidates to achieve admission and enrollment targets.

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and referral partners.

Maintain daily lead records, follow-up reports, and admission data.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.





Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of sales, counseling, and customer handling.

Confidence in explaining training programs and convincing prospective candidates.

Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome; sales or counseling experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
