Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive to support our US sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in international calling, cold calling, lead generation, and B2B sales, along with excellent English communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market to generate business leads.
- Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups to identify potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
- Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other professional channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads consistently to improve conversion opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, international sales, telecalling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Prior experience with US or international calling is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cold calling, prospecting, and B2B lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and follow-up management.
- Ability to work with targets and handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to work in a US shift

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
