Craves Infotech Private Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives with a background in finance, forex sales, or financial services. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills, the ability to acquire new clients, and experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, financial services, forex sales, or financial product sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply, if eligible.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.

Experience
