: Business Development Executive The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, building solid relationships, and effectively closing deals. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to market trends. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience who are self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Sales & Deal Closure:

- Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Market Research & Adaptability:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Adapt sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Independent & Team Collaboration:





- Work independently to achieve sales targets while coordinating with the sales team and other departments.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:

- Address customer concerns with effective problem-solving skills.
- Make informed decisions to enhance the sales process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
