ABOUT PREPREATER

Prepreater is an early-stage AI and software startup based in Pune. We build AI-powered products, business automation systems, and software solutions that help businesses work smarter and grow.

We're looking for driven, confident individuals who can connect with business owners, communicate the value of AI, and turn opportunities into sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Identify and approach potential business customers.
- Pitch and close deals for Prepreater's AI products and software solutions.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct field sales, attend local business events, and explore current markets.
- Help develop sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
- Grow into recruiting and leading a small business development team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in approaching business owners, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Sales, business development, field marketing, or customer acquisition experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Ability to explain AI and technology in simple, practical terms.
- Comfort with targets, rejection, and the uncertainty of building an early-stage startup.

No prior AI or technical expertise required.

WORK OPTIONS

In-Person: Work daily from our Pimpri office in Pune.

Remote:



Develop business opportunities remotely through customer outreach and sales.

COMPENSATION

100% commission-based. Uncapped earning potential.

- No fixed salary or stipend under either work arrangement.
- Commission starts at 30% and increases up to 50% as you close deals. Once you reach a tier, it never resets.
- Earn ₹3,000–₹15,000 in commission per deal, depending on the product tier sold and your commission level.
- A strong performer closing 21 deals on our entry-level product alone could be on track for approximately ₹80,000 in cumulative commission.

Earnings depend entirely on deals closed. During screening, we'll discuss your income goals and walk through the actual numbers so you can assess whether this opportunity makes sense for you.
