Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our management consulting services to businesses across diverse industries. This role involves client acquisition, relationship building, and solution selling, focusing on delivering high-value consulting solutions in strategy, operations, HR, finance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, referrals, and networking events.

· Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients to understand business challenges and propose consulting solutions.

· Collaborate with internal consulting teams to customize pitches and proposals that align with client needs.

· Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, etc.)



to drive repeat business and referrals.

· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information using CRM tools and prepare regular reports for management.

· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· 1-4 years of field sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in qualified services or consulting

· Strong understanding of business operations and consulting services

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Self-motivated with robust time management and organizational abilities

· Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings
