The role
You will help US MedTech and BioTech companies discover how EZEN can help them. You will research companies, reach out, set up calls, and learn enough about their products and problems to have a real conversation. When there is a fit, you will bring in our technical team and help win the work.
You start by building a pipeline. Over time, you will own accounts and grow into a senior sales or solutions role.

- Location: anywhere in India. Work remotely, hybrid, or from our Hyderabad office.
- Hours: 2 pm to 11 pm IST, so your day overlaps with US business hours
- Pay: base salary plus rich, uncapped incentives

What you will do
- Research US MedTech, BioTech and Life Sciences companies that could use our services
- Find the decision makers in engineering, R&D;, quality, regulatory, IT and operations
- Reach out by email, LinkedIn and phone, with messages written for each person
- Set up and run first calls with prospects during US business hours
- Bring in our technical team to shape the right solution,
and help with proposals and RFPs
- Keep the CRM up to date and send a short weekly update on your pipeline
- Learn how medical devices and biotech products are designed, tested and approved
What you bring
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Biological or Clinical Sciences
- Either 1 to 2 years in sales, business development, pre-sales or a client-facing technical role, or an MS and/or MBA from a US university (no work experience needed)
- Strong English, written and spoken
- Happy to talk with US clients and to work 2 pm to 11 pm IST
- Nice to have: an MBA, exposure to Life Sciences, or experience with a CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
