Experience: Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Centre Administration, or a related field
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business development and coordinate promotional activities for Ayurveda Panchakarma centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities through corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
- Organise medical camps and coordinate promotional activities.
- Conduct organisation visits to build awareness and generate patient referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, corporates, institutions, and other potential partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
- Coordinate centre operations and support administrative activities.
- Monitor business development activities and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of medical camps and promotional programmes.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or centre administration.
- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, hospital, or wellness sectors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid organisational and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel between Kochi and Kozhikode as required.
- Must be comfortable working 15 days in Kochi and 15 days in Kozhikode each month.
