Role Description The Business Development Associate will work on-site in Villupuram in a full-time capacity, supporting growth initiatives and outreach efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective learners and partners. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations about Tech Vedhu’s learning solutions, collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings based on market feedback,



and actively participating in events or campaigns to expand brand visibility.

The associate will also engage with prospective clients and learners through calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring professional communication and a strong representation of the company’s values.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Presentation skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations to groups or individuals.
- Lead generation capabilities, with experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients or learners.
- Market research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and productivity software to track leads and activities.
- Interest in Ed-tech and technology education; prior experience in education, sales, or business development is an advantage.
