Business Development Associate (Sales) – Pune

Location: Pune

Experience: 2-5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- InOffice + Field job profile
- Connect with potential clients - Inperson, virtual and on call
- Visit schools and preschools to generate leads and build relationships.
- Present the company's programs and convert prospects into clients.
- Followup and close the leads
- Work with Sales team and tele calling team
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Travel across different cities - Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and others as per business requirements - Upto 60% travel involved.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel to different cities every month
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales or business development preffered

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
