Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, generate enrollments for our training programs, connect with prospective students, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential students and leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain training programs, course benefits, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound calling and networking.
- Maintain lead records, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a professional sales experience.




- Coordinate with the marketing and training teams to improve lead conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and lead status.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in sales conversations, lead follow-ups, and negotiation.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or education counselling is an advantage.
