About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for introducing Hirevoo and its franchise opportunities to different companies, generating business leads, connecting with potential franchise partners, and supporting franchise sales and business expansion.

This role is suitable for freshers who have basic English communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Introduce Hirevoo and its franchise business model to different companies and potential business partners.
- Identify and approach companies, entrepreneurs, and potential franchise investors.
- Explain the company's franchise opportunities, benefits, and business model to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other business development activities.




- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested companies and potential franchise partners.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into franchise partnerships.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Work towards achieving business development and franchise sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, telecalling, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to communicate with different companies.
- A confident, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques, franchise development, and client handling.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
