Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Delhi, India, focused on insurance, loans, and Dubai real estate. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, and nurturing relationships with individual and institutional clients. The professional will explain insurance and loan products, present Dubai real estate investment options, and provide consultative guidance aligned with client goals.

Daily activities include market research, lead generation, client meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and representing Avito Homes at meetings, events, and client presentations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, ideally within insurance, loans, or real estate.
- Solid client-facing skills, including consultation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
- Solid understanding of financial products and investment concepts, with interest or exposure to Dubai real estate and cross-border investments.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies and targeted outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to track leads, pipeline, and performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience, ethical conduct, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance, finance, or real estate are a plus.
- Prior experience in UAE or international markets, or familiarity with Golden Visa and offshore investment structures, is beneficial.
