Job Title : Business Development Manager

Department: Sales

Job Summary: We require an enthusiastic, people person, experienced in sales / business development to drive our sales growth by onboarding new clients, identifying business opportunities, negotiate, close business deals and maintain client relationship.

Required and Desired experience:

· Previous experience in Sales in overseas markets, ideally in GCC area.

· Graduate and above.

· 2-4 yrs relevant experience in Business Development / Sales

· Make timely, practical, effective decisions and take initiatives without being asked.

· Experience in B2B travel, tourism, hospitality, hotel industry or service industry Only

· Good understanding of MS-Office tools.

· Ability to remain focused, and follow-through on plans.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

· Identifying new potential clients and on boarding them.

· Proactively communicate via calls and follow up with clients. Engage with them daily by phone calls to fully understand their business needs and identify and build new business opportunities, developing a strong business relationship with key decision makers and influencers.





· Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities within the designated market or portfolio of accounts.

· Coordination with cross functional teams like finance, marketing, IT etc.

· Overseas travel when required.

Place of work and working hours:

Pune – 10:00 to 19:00 Hrs – Hybrid - (Must be willing to respond to after office hours / days urgencies and critical business needs when they arise)

Because of the changing nature of our business your will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
