PeopleTech Group is looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Vijayawada.
We are seeking professionals who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, and contribute to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Support Agile teams, requirement tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills
Experience with BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have: Experience in IT services, software development, data, cloud, or AI projects, along with knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
