We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support business transformation, process optimization, ERP implementation, and technology integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, process discovery, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation .
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Define current-state and future-state business processes.

2. Supply Chain Process Analysis & Optimization

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end SCM processes.
- Work across Procurement, RTP/S2P, Service Procurement, Inventory, Demand & Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment .
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and future-state operating models.
- Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.

3. ERP & Technology Analysis

- Work with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle SCM Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM .
- Strong understanding of SAP MM and procurement-related processes.
- Analyze business and system requirements for ERP enhancements and implementations.
- Perform API and system integration analysis , including understanding data flows between applications.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to validate integration requirements.

4. Project Delivery & Implementation

- Support SCM transformation, ERP implementation, integration, and digitalization initiatives.
- Partner with business users, IT teams, solution architects,



developers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
- Facilitate UAT, business validation, defect triage, and sign-off activities .

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze supply chain KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance data.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using data analysis.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management insights.
- Support master data governance, data quality, and data validation initiatives.
- Work with reporting and analytics teams to define data requirements.

6. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams .
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across procurement, supply chain, finance, warehouse, logistics, and IT teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations effectively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support change management activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong Supply Chain Management domain experience
- Strong understanding of RTP (Requisition-to-Pay) / S2P processes
- Solid experience in Procurement and Service Procurement
- Hands-on/strong knowledge of SAP MM
- Experience with ERP systems
- Understanding of API and system integration analysis
- Experience in business process mapping and process optimization
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Experience with UAT and business validation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
