We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to support business and financial performance management f. who will work closely with finance, sales and business leaders to build reliable reporting, identify performance drivers and support decision-making through transparent, commercial insights.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or a related field. MBA, CA/CMA, CFA, CBAP or Power BI certification is advantageous, not mandatory.
- Min Relevant experience is 4 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A;, commercial finance, performance management or a similar role in International Environment.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling and preferably DAX.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis and KPI frameworks.
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL and ERP experience are desirable.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to international, non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership and business.
